Shipping Information
Orders typically leave our facility the next business day. We ship orders FedEx Overnight. Shipping days are Monday through Thursday. We will contact you via email with delivery information and FedEx tracking numbers once your order is processed
and leaves our facility.
You will receive an e-mail containing your Federal Express tracking number on the day your order ships. Please make arrangements to begin the acclimation procedure immediately upon arrival of
your new animals.
Aquatic life is sensitive and it is important that someone accept the shipment and begin the acclimation process immediately upon delivery. If the shipment is not accepted upon first attempt
at delivery, we apologize, but the guarantee does not apply.
Oceans' Garden guarantees that your animals will arrive in good health, and
we offer a live arrival guarantee. Upon FedEx delivery, and for 5 hours after
the delivery period, we guarantee the livestock. Please submit your guaranteed
request via your account page in our website.
All correspondence regarding the guarantee must be done via your account area in the website. From the account area you will be able to find your order number and the necessary links that will allow you to submit a guaranteed request. Please make sure you fill out the form and follow the
instructions during the guarantee period or the request cannot be honored.
We will issue credits that can be used to replace the animal or the
equivalent value on the next order. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Oceans’ Garden provides high quality Fish, Corals, and Invertebrates to
Maintenance Companies, Pet Stores, and specialty distributors throughout the
United States.
Leveraging our huge purchasing power though our sister company,
Saltwaterfish.com, we receive weekly shipments of net caught, quality livestock
from around the globe.
Our livestock is maintained in our 10,000 square foot facility in Fort
Pierce, FL. Our experienced staff has been shipping livestock throughout the USA
for over ten years and they are experts at successfully selecting and shipping
quality livestock. Our Facilities are only 5 miles from ORA, the foremost
Aquaculture facility in the United States. We pick up daily from ORA and carry
their complete line of livestock.
We offer pick-up service to pre-authorized companies on Friday’s each week.
