Oceans’ Garden guarantees that your animals will arrive in good health. In order to greatly improve your success, please follow the acclimation instructions exactly, and make sure your water parameters are in order. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your animals. All correspondence regarding the guarantee must be done through the Order Status area of the website. You must be available to accept delivery. Please make sure you fill out the form and follow the instructions. You must fill out the form within 5 hours of the FedEx delivery in order to receive a credit or refund. We reserve the right to ask for a water sample and/or a picture of the dead animal before issuing a credit or refund on your account.
