Oceans’ Garden guarantees that your animals will arrive in good health and will remain vibrant in your tanks for 14 days.  In order to greatly improve your success, please follow the acclimation instructions exactly, and make sure your water parameters are in order.  Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your animals.  All correspondence regarding the guarantee must be done through the Order Status area of the website.  Please make sure you fill out the form and follow the instructions during the guarantee period.  We reserve the right to ask for a water sample and/or a picture of the dead animal before issuing a credit or refund on your account.  You will have a choice of store credit or a refund.  If you have general questions, please contact us at oceansgarden.com/support or call:  772-466-9799
