The Derasa Clam has a signature blue lining around it’s edges.  The center will have a varying golden pattern.  This is a  great clam for beginner hobbyists.  It prefers to be on the sandy bottom of the aquarium.  It is one of the largest growing clams and reaches 16 inches in length.
